Friday’s Recap

Technicals
Last week’s technical breakdown below several major moving averages left a mark on the chart with the Bears taking advantage of it at the end of last week and to start this week’s trade. The market is softer in the early morning trade with prices pulling back towards our support pocket from 463 1/4-465 1/4. A failure here and we could see the selling accelerate with the next downside targets coming in from 450 1/2-455 1/4. The Bulls will want to see consecutive closes back above resistance to neutralize the Bearish technical developments that took place last week.
