Technicals
July corn futures were able to defend our pivot pocket yesterday, which has brought prices back into first resistance this morning, 450 1/2-455 1/4. As mentioned in our two interviews yesterday, we see this as an extremely important pocket that could make or break short term optimism. The Bulls need to see consecutive closes out above here to get the market moving in a more meaningful manner. A failure and we likely stay rangebound within the recent levels.
