Crude Oil is higher, and the Nasdaq 100 loses steam: Is this the beginning of a rotation?

 Energy and industrial metals emerge as winners today, prompting speculation about the onset of a broader rotation. Meanwhile, tech grapples with challenges in its attempt to surge forward, while gold bounces off of a significant support level.

PPI is due at 7:30 am CT, along with Retail Sales and weekly Initial Jobless Claims. Remember, producer prices are a leading indicator of consumer prices.
