A quiet morning ahead of a long Christmas weekend. Will options expiration play a role in price action today?

Corn
Technicals (March)
March corn futures were able to defend and rally off the downward sloping support channel (see chart below) which dates back to July. So long as the Bulls can continue to defend this area we like the upside potential. A break and close below would neutralize that bias. The first hurdle on the upside come in from 481-484.
Bias: Neutral/Bullish
Resistance: 493-496 1/2****, 502 1/2-505***
Pivot: 481-484
Support: 466 1/2-470****

Soybeans
Technicals (March)
March soybean futures broke below significant support yesterday which opened the floodgates for a “whoosh” lower. Markets have been able to stabilize and recover in the overnight and early morning trade. Today is January options expiration. As previously mentioned, it looks like $13.00 may be a magnet for the January contract today.
Bias: Neutral/Bullish
Resistance: 1325-1330***, 1340-1342***, 1360-1362**
Pivot: 1305-1314
Support: 1295-1298***, 1282-1285****

Wheat
Technicals (March)
March wheat futures were able to hold ground yesterday and are doing so again in the early morning trade, keeping our pivot pocket intact from 608 1/2-611. A break and close below here could take prices back below the psychologically significant $6.00 level.
Bias: Neutral
Resistance: 622-631***, 645-650***
Pivot: 608 1/2-611
Support: 591 1/2-595***
